Responsibilities

For Parents

Parents we ask that you keep us updated on any changes of address or phone numbers.
Every 6 months emergency contact form must be updated. 1 year and over we ask that you give us an updated health form yearly with up to date shot records.
Make sure your child has a change of clothes that is appropriate for the current weather.
Sheet for cot and or crib. Take home weekly for washing.

Procare

We are currently using Procare Solutions for our daycare website and program management.

Enrollment

We enroll children year round at Building Blocks centers based on our staffing and classroom availability. Once all enrollment requirements are fulfilled you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your child’s spot will be guaranteed on your chosen schedule until you are ready to move on from Building Blocks centers. The below requirements are due within one week of accepting an available spot. You must schedule a time with the director to return the requirements.

These requirements include:

An agreed upon tuition payment method
First week’s tuition and $75.00 registration fee; both are non-refundable
Enrollment packet
Child health form completed by your child's pediatrician with uptodate immunization
Emergency contact form
